The Town of Pittsburg and Pittsburg Police Department would like to advise renters and property owners of rules regarding snow machines being on town roads. Snowmachines can cross a town road at approved crossing points. Snow machines are not allowed to operate on any travel portion and or drive along a snow-banking on town roads. It’s the responsibility of the renter and property owners to know the rules and regulations regarding this in the town of Pittsburg. Property owners should have a clearly marked map with instructions inside of their rental property to avoid the renters getting fines.
